All SSMS Athletes must have the following information completed before participation:
- Authorization for Athletic Participation (Physical and Insurance Information)
- Code of Conduct
- Proof of Insurance (insurance can be purchased through SSMS)
- Impact test (mandatory: football, basketball, wrestling and cheerleading recommended: all other sports)
Sports physicals should be conducted by the student's pediatrician.
Impact testing:
Impact testing is mandatory for athletes in the following sports:
- Basketball
- Football
- Wrestling
- Cheerleading
Group ImPACT test dates at SSMS are:
There are no Group ImPact tests scheduled at this time.
If your child has missed the scheduled group testing sessions at SSMS, Stephanie Stefanelli will be offering one make-up session a month at SSHS (starting in September). This is by appointment only and will be during the first week of each month. You can sign up by emailing sstefanelli@ssk12.org
