General Sports Information

All SSMS Athletes must have the following information completed before participation:

Physical Information:
Sports physicals should be conducted by the student's pediatrician.
 
Impact testing:
Impact testing is mandatory for athletes in the following sports:
  • Basketball
  • Football
  • Wrestling
  • Cheerleading

Group ImPACT test dates at SSMS are: 
Monday, November 28th at 3:45pm in the cafeteria

Wednesday, November 30th at 3:45pm in the cafeteria 

Call Justine Elder at Justine.Elder@uchealth.org to make the required appointment.  

Cost is $15, payable to UC Health.  Student must bring their chromebook and consent form .


If your child has missed the scheduled group testing sessions at SSMS, Stephanie Stefanelli will be offering one make-up session a month at SSHS (starting in September). This is by appointment only and will be during the first week of each month. You can sign up by emailing sstefanelli@ssk12.org 


Call and schedule an ImPact test with the below clinic if you cannot make the group testing:
